Job Description

Purpose of the job
Administer short-term insurance policies according to Insurer mandates
Qualifications and Experience not negotiable
Grade 12
Minimum qualification NQF4 in Short Term Insurance
A minimum of 3 years Commercial and Domestic Underwriting experience.
Successfully completed RE5,
Working experience on an Insurance related computer programme.

Knowledge, Skills And Behavioural Attributes

Highly computer literate.
Knowledge of the basic cover offered under your policy wording (commercial and domestic)
Be a team player and be willing to assist colleagues on book take-ons and backlogs
Be able to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines.
Willing to put in the extra time if required to complete tasks.
Be willing to learn and adapt to administering new products/policies.
