Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Minimum 5 years Conveyancing Secretarial experiencing in attending to Transfers at a law firm a must (Various types of Transfers)
-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey/E4
-Stable employment record
-Contactable reference
Duties:
-Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Drafting of Transfers documents and all related functions (fully independently)
-Handling finance on transfers matters
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
