Accounts Assistant - Treasury

• Kerridge Commercial Systems is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors.
• A fast-paced PE backed company moving through a period of high growth and operational transformation.
• This role will take responsibility for the cash postings of all trading companies.
• Working as part of the accounting team to ensure all bank accounts reconciled in accordance with the month-end timetable

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day oversight of all bank accounts
• Cash allocation
• Bank Recs
• Interdivisional reallocation and reconciliation
• Foreign exchange reconciliation and postings
• Payment set up
• Maintenance of the Credit Card programmes including cost allocations
• Work with the Treasury Manager on the Group Cashflow Forecast
• Various ad-hoc tasks for example UAT testing of system upgrades

Essential

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience within a fast-paced finance team
• Experience of managing multiple bank accounts and multiple entities and currencies
• Comfortable working with a team spread across multiple sites
• Excellent IT skills including Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels in the organisation
• Ability to work well within challenging environments

Desirable

• Familiar or confident working in a matrix organisation
