- Responsible for the day to day operation, financial performance and growth
- Provide strategic vision and guidance for the future direction and performance
- Oversee all client relationships within the company - maintaining regular contact with the top management of both current and potential clients.
- Represent in the industry and public to build goodwill and prestige.
- Continual to develop initiatives that will build the brand value
- Assist Account Executive with managing clients - with a view to increasing the share of current client business and attracting new business.
- Actively get involved with clients when necessary and where this will assist with attracting new business or growing current business.
- Set team goals in conjunction with Account Support that report to you.
- Establish policies and procedures for handling clients.
- Establish direction, policies and procedures on new business development efforts.
- Budget setting and financial planning (both short term and long term). Monitor and revise when necessary.
- Explore and analyse market trends and identify new opportunities
- Work on requirements requested by senior management whenever required
- Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget
- Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization
- Drive overall running and follow up with the team on project
- Drive strategy and creative of the project
- Take care of new business ie driving pitches assisting the strategic team working closely with creative team in developing clients concept
Competencies
- Relevant degree / diploma

- Minimum 5 years sale experience in a business to business, large / strategic customer segment; or
- Account Management experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Executes verbal and written business communications, in a manner that effectively achieves business objectives, reflects the Company's commitment to integrity, and is in keeping with Company policies (Including Code of conduct).
