Knowledge And Skills
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a customer relations position within the travel and tourism industry, as a preference from a Travel consulting background preferred
- At least 1 year Account management experience
- Cultural awareness - Understand the drivers for both key client contacts and the wider client business and target/sell solutions accordingly
- Fluent in Business English
- Ability to present a convincing case
- Computer literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internal systems
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills - externally to clients and internally to customers and stakeholders
- Analytical skills - ability to understand margin drivers

- Normal office / shift hours apply, with the requirement to extend in order to meet specific client demands and deadlines when the occasion demands
- Overtime may be required due to relevant Wings client functions, meetings - occasionally outside normal working hours
