The successful candidate will act as a business partner to Assessments clients through effective solutioning, account management, new business development and internal collaboration with the ultimate goal of growing the Assessments business and positioning our client as a partner of choice on human capital related solutions.
More Specific Responsibilities Are Listed As Follows
- Serve as an expert advisor and business partner to all Psychometric Assessment clients
- Grow the current Assessments portfolio through effective account management
- Position our client as a service provider of choice through effective client relationship management
- Generate new business and identify new opportunities from new and existing clients (this will involve outbound sales efforts)
- Design Assessment solutions to address client challenges
- Develop account strategies to achieve the required growth
- Work closely with the operational Assessments team and other relevant internal business divisions to ensure that value is added to clients
- Attend business sales appointment, presentations, conferences and networking functions
- Be responsible for quotes and tenders in terms of technical responses, follow ups and monitoring of success rates
- Contribute to the strategy by providing input on market trends, solutions and the strategic direction
- Meet both individual and team financial targets
- Update the company CRM system at all times
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Psychometry or a Human Resource related field
- Experience in Psychometric Assessments or a relevant HR related field
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years' account management or sales-related experience
- Experience in a HR consulting environment, plus senior level engagement and strategic partnerships will be seen as an advantage
