Operations
- Achieving budgeted units sold (contract) numbers for the year
- Ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations in stock and bond
- Ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations in stock assessments
- Investigate and understand market environment and keep track of trends in the insurance industry
- Ensuring the successful on-boarding of new suppliers as agreed upon
- Ensuring renewal of all existing contracts
- Create an awareness of repudiation services and assist and support the processes
- Leveraging from the existing supplier base to increase the company's market share, e.g. broker books available through the underwriters and renewal of agreements
- Maintain open communication and relationships with suppliers specific to your responsibilities and the company by daily interaction and resolving queries effectively within 48hrs
- Maintenance and upkeep of all administration communication with suppliers daily.
- Supply training if required to all new suppliers and also ensure that all suppliers have access to our systems and updates continuously.
