Key Account Manager Centurion Gauteng
Our FMCG FOOD client is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key account relationships with clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers. You will need to build strong relationships with strategic customers.
Salary: Negotiable plus benefits, car allowance petrol and commission
Min Requirement
A BSc/BA or similar degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field - Added Bonus but experience counts
3-5 years experience as a Key Accounts Manager preferably in the FMCG Food Industry
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Shoprite/Checkers, Dischem and Spar key accounts at Gauteng Regional Buying level.
Experienced in industry-related problem-solving and negotiation.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to promote and grow the companies products/brands.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
