Requirements
BCom Marketing or rel qual.
3-5 years account management experience within manufacturing or FMCG.
Experience in food manufacturing.
Prior experience working with FMCG retail & wholesale clients will be considered advantageous
Demonstrate track record of growth and strong customer relationships.
Strong analytical, numeric and business skills.
Responsibilities
Develop, grow and maintain relationships with all modern and traditional trade customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Develop and execute margin enhancement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, logistics, production, procurement and finance to ensure customer needs are met.
Accurate product costings.
Price increase / change notifications.
Collaborate across multifunctional departments as and when necessary to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction. th.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with all accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Trade visits as required.
Provide monthly and weekly reports on account sales performance to management.
Develop plans to build up weighted distribution in each region/city/town in coordination with third-party merchandising company; and follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
The successful candidate will report into the Sales and Distribution Manager
Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with third-party merchandising company
Devising evidence based marketing frameworks in collaboration with marketing.
Regular meetings with key account customer base.
Seeking prospective bulk purchasers.
Bolstering profitable ties through steady and mutually beneficial engagement.
