KEY DELIVERABLES
· Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts;
· Maintain excellent relationships with clients;
· Translate client needs into business opportunities;
· Set up quotations and pricing policies;
· Develop new ideas to improve service delivery;
· Follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators, partnering with internal team members in solving client needs and ensuring we provide outstanding service;
· Ensuring implementation of client procedures and SLA management;
· Efficient reporting to management and clients. Developing and/or reviewing preparation of client requested reporting to ensure the most effective reporting procedures are being used and that the information being provided is accurate;
· The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree or higher education in business or service industry
· At least 5 years of professional experience at Key Account Management level
· Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial
· Excellent spoken and written English; French could be considered a plus
· Very strong computer skills, in particular Excel;
· Must have strong analytical skills, be flexible and detail-oriented.
