Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the stainless steel industry
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the market
- Prepare and present sales proposals to key decision-makers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Engineering qualifications, such as BEng or BSc / National Diploma in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering OR Sales and Marketing Tertiary Qualifications (National Diploma / Degree).
- 5 years of proven sales / marketing experience / customer interaction, preferably from the Manufacturing environment.
- Spanish speaking proficiency will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in effective team target setting and achievement.
- Strong process and account management skills are a requirement, with sound negotiation - and presentation skills, which will be expected.
- Consistently track, report, and analyse your sales pipeline to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and business goals.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern/Western Cape or Gauteng will be required.
- Computer literacy.
- Salary: negotiable.
