Job Description
The role of Senior Key Account Manager entails, but is not limited to the following:
- Managing a portfolio of key and strategic client relationships
- Developing and executing customised solutions and strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Ensure ongoing client relationship management
- Liaise with a range of partners at different levels to understand the outcomes they require
- Introducing relevant specialists, and working closely with them to develop strategies and solutions to meet partner requirements
- Continuously develop client-centric plans and strategies to improve relationships both internally and externally
The ideal candidate for the Senior Key Account Manager role should possess the following:
- Completed BCom degree
- Postgraduate degree will be highly advantageous
- 6 years' experience within a similar role, 3 of which should be in planning and managing resources to achieve a desired outcome
- Financial Services experience is required
- Knowledge and understanding of the mining, and metals industry would be advantageous
