Reporting to the GM this role is suited for a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role being effective in managing all client relations and ensure satisfaction and client’s needs are met
Key duties includes:
- Experience for this role needed:
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met
- Set up quotations and pricing policies
- Develop improved service
- Managed a portfolio of client accounts
- Ensure client needs are met, handling all client complaints
- Ensuring SLA’s are met
A Bachelors or higher education in Business industry with experience in dealing with international clients as well as strong communication skills.
