Kitchen Back of House Manager-Midrand

Trendy Restaurant in Midrand is looking for a Kitchen / Back of House Manager. Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances and stock reporting. Applicants must be computer literate and have experience on a point of sale system as well as on Microsoft office programs.
