Kitchen/FOH Manager position available with new upmarket Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for candidates with 4+ years kitchen and general management skills. Kitchen experience must be in a al la carte Restaurant kitchen. Must have strong knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. Duties include running the pass and stock management. Successful candidate will run the kitchen and also assist in running the front of house. Looking for someone who is well spoken and presentable.
