Kitchen Hands to assist the Head Chef in providing a nutritious food service to a Youth Correction Facility based in
Wacol. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and provision of nutritious and varied meals Cutting, cooking and plating food for delivery Assist in the control of stores and provisions Maintain a hygienic, safe and secure working environment, including cleanliness of work areas and kitchen equipment Mandatory requirements: A minimum of 12 months of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Knife Skills - minimum 12 months
