Kitchen Manager-Boksburg

Trendy family Restaurant in Boksburg is looking for a Kitchen Manager / Chef. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be stock management and quality control.
