Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with upmarket Restaurant in Fourways. Candidates must have 5+ years kitchen management/chef experience mainly in a al la carte Restaurant kitchen. Must have strong knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. Duties include running the pass and stock management. Looking for someone who is well spoken and presentable. Will be responsible for quality control. Ability to do food cost and kitchen administration essential. Salary R 14000 - 17000k nett per month.
