Kitchen Manager Chef-Midrand

Kitchen Management / Chef position available with Restaurant in Midrand. Candidates must have 4+ years Chef experience. Must have general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to work in a very big and busy kitchen. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Main duties will include food cost, staff management and food preparation. Normal Restaurant apply.
