Kitchen Manager Chef-Midrand

Kitchen Management / Chef position available with Restaurant in Midrand. Candidates must have 3+ years Chef or kitchen management experience. Must have knowledge of food cost, recipe following, stock and staff management. Ability to work in a big and busy kitchen essential. Will consider candidates who are hard working and willing to learn. Main duties will include food preparation and running the pass. Normal Restaurant working hours apply.
