Kitchen Manager Chef-Silverlakes

Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with Restaurant and function venue in Silverlakes Pretoria. Candidates must have 5+ years kitchen management/chef experience. Must have good general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Experience in a la carte & buffet style food delivery required. Successful candidate will lead the kitchen brigade and will be expected to run the whole kitchen operation. Must be able to work in a high pressured environment.
