- Coordinate and oversee client interactions, installer activities, and order processes.
- Supervise on-site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project guidelines.
- Coordinate with various trades involved in installation, such as electricians and plumbers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, maintaining compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during installation, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including photos, installation reports, and client feedback.
- Address unforeseen challenges with innovative solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers follow industry regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve discrepancies between the initial design and on-site requirements.
