Role
We are growing our team of IT Audit professionals and we are looking for IT Audit Senior Managers who can help lead our dynamic team into the future of IT audits. Here are some key highlights of the role:
- A seat at the IT Audit leadership table with a voice that shapes our strategy and focuses in on people and culture, execution, innovation, growth and training
- Engage with leaders of industries (CXOs, Board Members etc, ) as your clients and share your expert knowledge and insights as a service which adds value and creates impact for their companies
- Lead managers and teams executing large, complex IT audits from scoping to execution of integrated IT projects
- Expand your skillset by working on other attestation engagements (e.g. ISAE3402, ISAE3000 reviews) as well as Advisory engagements related to IT risk and control.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee IT Audit Projects: Analyse audit strategies and asses/ monitor plans from inception to completion while defining ideal target audit approaches which leverage technology and data analysis. Engage with external and internal project stakeholders to ensure cross-functional delivery in a coordinated way. Review and provide assurance of quality deliverables, flagging relevant risks where necessary.
Place the client first: Develop and maintain real client relationships with a consistent focus on needs analysis and adding value. First-class presentation and facilitation skills when reporting back to clients on findings. Empathy when investigating mitigating controls and providing guidance on control deficiencies.
Develop and support your team: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues and Managers on their goals, performance and career progression in the capacity of Performance Manager, moulding them into our future leaders.
Take us to the future: Build capabilities and methodologies which enhance our system-based auditing value propositions and strengthen our data analytics capabilities to bolster project delivery
Contribute to our growth: Identify business development opportunities, guide, review and provide insight on proposals and listen to the client for cross-sell opportunities in other areas of the firm where possible.

Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):
Completed BCom / BSc in information technology or accounting
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit
Honours Or Other Post Graduate Qualifications
CA(SA), CISA or CRISC preferred
