Key Job Accountabilities
- Work with local partners and agencies to enable the brand teams in media, digital, advocacy, platforms, and services.
- Guide the best application for the Brands digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand.
- Guide and track online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness, ROI, content quality, and Consumer Experience.
- Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations.
- Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, and data modeling where relevant.
- Frame, track, and adapt global digital marketing guidelines for optimal delivery against KPI's set.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to ensure the best performance.
- Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve.
- Partner with and challenge media agencies (including on innovative mechanisms).
- Ensure Data Collection, Quality, and retention.
- Share best practices and monitor the local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brands ambition.
- Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation.
- Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing and business model.
- Mentor and coach, the Digital teams.
