Key Responsibilities
- Effective planning in order to maximise customer contact, proactive telephone canvassing
- The achievement of sales targets (turnover & profitability)
- New trading account generation.
- Conduct sales calls in a professional manner, ensuring that customer's needs are explored extensively.
- Demonstrated market knowledge of assigned market to internal and external clients
- Utilization of Product Specialists and other company resources to add value is an absolute expectation.
- Presenting to various audiences on a range of subjects, including the value proposition, product demonstrations, services and commercial overviews.
- Full adherence to operational procedures.
- Remain customer focused with a can do attitude at all times.
- Take ownership and responsibility of customer issues to bring them to satisfactory conclusion.
- Takes on additional tasks in order to meet departmental, project related or developmental objectives
- Deliver high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Sales and Marking qualification will receive preference
- Minimum 5 years in the laser Cutting & Bending industry
- Must have driver's license
- Must be bilingual reading and writing
- Good customer ethics
- Good communication skills
