Capital Markets Counsel

OMelveny is seeking Capital Markets Counsel for our Austin, Century City, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Newport Beach, San Francisco or Silicon Valley offices. Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. Our Capital Markets Practice Group has substantial experience running the most complicated and high-profile deals. We view challenges from all perspectivescompanies, investment banks, and regulatorsto navigate deals seamlessly from launch through pricing and closing. So tell us, what do you want to achieve?

The salary range in Century City for this role is $370, 000 - $415, 000 and represents the firms good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidates experience, qualifications, and location.
