This is a middle management role, reporting into the Head: Member Value Propositions. The Segment Lead is responsible for commercialising the member base by identifying and targeting customer segments based on shared characteristics and needs. Working with analytics, sales and product teams unlocking opportunities for cross solutioning within the member base. The Segment Manager should have deep insights with respect to the behavioural and financial attitudes of members. They should immerse themselves in the detail of the segment and produce insights that can be commercialised.
RoleMember engagement is a key objective of the role while understanding the importance of the intermediated relationship that PPS has with its members.The measure of success for the role will be based on the positive movement in a combination of the following variables:
- Embedded Value
- Gross Written Premium
- Additional Assets attracted
