People Business Advisor Lead [PicknPay]

The incumbent will work with the Qualisave Banner Executive and leadership to develop a forward looking strategic people agenda in line with business strategies to meet profitability, productivity and efficiency targets. The individual will lead a People Business Advisor support team to establish the Qualisave stores and regional office (Operations) to meet Banner wide governance and reporting obligations and set standards and frameworks for positioning Qualisave as an Employer of Choice. The People Business Advisor will guide leadership on people practices that will drive optimisation and continuous improvement.
