Our client is seeking a visionary Engineering Lead to spearhead their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse problems and formulate IAM solutions based on organisations boundaries, architectures, and constraints - Needs to be achievable and operational, must push boundaries when required and continuously push for improvements.
• Collaborate and communicate and obtain buy-in from key technical and business stakeholders.
• Decomposition of the solution and assisting with the scheduling/sequencing work.
• Flesh out designs and contribute to functional and non-functional requirement with definite consideration of user and risk impact.
• End-to-end environment exposure with front-end, integration, automated workflow, and back-end processing. (Linux, Microsoft Wintel, Java, Java scripting, Angular, etc.)

Non - Negotiables:

• 10 years in IT related functions.
• 5 years in Design, experience in Security Domain required.
• IT Concepts and Architecture.
• Systems Analysis and Design.
• Security Concepts
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps deployments (tools & practices).

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc (Computer Science) / BCom (Information Systems).
• TOGAF Certification, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Security Domain-related certifications preferable.
