Responsibilities:
- Own the IBP process & maturity progress, designing and aligning the evolution path with management, and implementing it through processes, tools, and change management
- Coordinate Strategic, Annual, and Long-Term Planning, ensuring integration across functions and supervising building blocks creation
- Lead IBP Monthly and Quarterly Operational Disciplines, focusing on gap management, S&OE, and driving alignment to a single number signed off by the GM
- Lead Business Management & Support tracking of key indicators, including key initiatives, governance, and KPIs definition
- Support Capability development in the BU, ensuring the implementation of a single KWAY of IBP and training of functions
- Master's Degree in Business/Finance/Engineering/Bus-Related field preferred
- Strong commercial understanding required
- English proficiency
- +10 years of related work experience in FMCG
- Capabilities in leadership, general management, structured and critical thinking, clear communication, and analytical skills
