Job Description
We are looking for a Product Lead to join our team at Olarm to lead our product roadmap, align teams around key priorities, and ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to customers. This role requires a mix of product management expertise, leadership, and hands-on execution, particularly in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure our products are innovative, scalable, and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution based on customer insights, business goals, and market trends.
- Align the product vision with company objectives, ensuring a strong connection between technology, business, and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
- Product Development & Execution
- Work closely with engineering, design, and firmware teams to define and prioritise features, enhancements, and new product lines.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
- Ensure a seamless user experience (UX/UI) across all digital and hardware products.
- Oversee product testing, QA, and rollout strategies to ensure high product quality and reliability.
- Customer-Centric Focus & Market Analysis
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Work with customer success and sales teams to ensure feedback loops drive continuous product iteration.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain product-market fit.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to drive alignment and product success.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics, analytics, and customer insights.
- Any other reasonable task.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven company.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product strategy, development, and execution.
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Strong technical understanding of software, hardware, and IoT ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, roadmaps, and backlog management tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools to drive product insights (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
