As a Recruitment Lead, you will collaborate with executives to understand their staffing needs, both domestically and internationally, provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends in different locations, and manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation assistance.
If You Have The Following
- Degree/diploma
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Leadership experience of minimum 3 people
- 5 years in recruitment - preferably how to build recruiter brands
