Purpose of Position:

To receive and process specimens accurately in the Laboratory.

Requirements:

Grade 12 with English, Biology (Life Sciences) and Mathematics (Required)

Required Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all relevant instrument or laboratory maintenance tasks are performed as required., Maintain good client relations in order to Promote the image of Ampath, Manage administrative process by performing relevant management functions in order to ensure optimal efficiency., Perform general laboratory tasks in order to ensure required safety and accreditastion standards are maintained., Perform specimen management related tasks such as receiving, aliquoting, storage, discarding and tracing of specimen to ensure the efficient functioning of the Immunology Laboratory.
