Your day-to-day will be focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing training needs, and designing and delivering programs that will drive employee growth and engagement.

If You Have The

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Education, Organizational Development). Masters degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and best practices in training and development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology.
