Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the portfolio/function; people, projects and delivery
Business planning and strategic input for a Learning and Development portfolio or function.
Development and implementation of learning interventions and culture
Internal and external stakeholder relationship management
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a learning and development function within a corporate environment at a management level.
Including 3yrs+ leadership of a learning /development specialist, portfolio or environment.
Experience in using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives.
Experience in end to end blended learning experience design
Experience within the financial or banking services
