- 5+ years current exp in a similar role, in L&D at a sales-driven organisation.
- 10+ years exp in L&D.
- Degree in business, HR, organisational development or related subject.
- Strong exp in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
- Certification in Assessor, Moderator, Design and Develop Learning Material.
- Proficiency in LMS, with Oracle Cloud being adv.
- Exp with material design tools, including Articulate, Canva or Vyond.
- Exp with virtual and remote learning delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
