About the role: The Capitec Learning and Development department is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver/facilitate world class learning and development Programmes & solutions using multiple channels and tools in our Business Bank environment.
As a Learning Consultant at Capitec Bank, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performance Analysis
- Design Learning Academies
- Facilitation
- Design evaluation tools to measure impact of learning solutions
- Stakeholder management business and HR
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- 5 years proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design and Facilitation
- Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
- Proven experience in the building and maintaining of client relationships. Working on cross functional projects Proficient in Articulate storyline 3/360
