Requirements
- Accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or relevant university qualification specializing in Skills Development/Learning & Development)
- 3-5 years' experience in Facilitation, Developing and Designing of L&D interventions
- 2-3 years' experience in financial services in a call centre environment will be advantageous
