Required Core Competencies
Honours or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Organisation Development, Education and Training (OD-ETDP).
Registered as an Assessor and Moderator.
5-8 years experience establishing and managing learning and development programmes and operations.
Experience of introducing learning technologies and systems to support the delivery of a broad portfolio of interventions.
