As a Learning and Development Officer, you will orchestrate the entire learning journey, from conceptualization to delivery. Qualifications And Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR/Management, Learning & Development, Train the Trainer, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning & Development.
- Exposure to the financial technology industry is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Alignment with company values and a strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, collaborative tools, and Learning & Development platforms.
- Ability to design surveys using online tools such as MS Forms.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and update learning programs to address evolving needs and learning gaps effectively.
- Utilize Udemy for Business platform to curate relevant courses and resources for employee development.

- Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) processes for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Deliver formal training sessions, covering technical and soft skills.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends for accurate and relevant training content.
- Manage learning requirements through a comprehensive year planner.
- Compile insightful reports on learning interventions for senior management.
- Assist in fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements.
