We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Management Administrator to join our eLearning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and general client support, ensuring the smooth operation of our learning management system (LMS).

Every day you will
- Administrate and maintain the LMS to ensure effective use of the system.
- Provide Customer Service and general client support
- Liaise with our Digital Content Developers to manage and troubleshoot any issues and improvements with the elearning portal.
- Set up new clients and manage client accounts on the elearning portals
- Handling administrative task and duties

To thrive in this role, you will ideally have
- Strong Customer service and Administration experience in a similar environment
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritise according to deadline
- High level of experience using Microsoft excel
