The Learning and Development Specialist role is to drive, define, and lead critical capability work streams aligned to Vodacom SA capability priorities in support of the corporate strategy.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- To drive and define the critical capability aligned to Vodacoms capability priority & Strategy
- To drive the continuous development and implementation of BU interventions
- Ensure learning/development plans are aligned with Vodacoms compliance, competence, and transformation targets
- Execute Capability Rollout Plan through consultation and driving the completion of individual IDP plans according to BU requirements
- Programme managing all parts of the capability work stream from identifying initial requirements through to programme delivery and embedding within the business
- Support delivery/facilitation of capability programmes
- Conduct training needs analysis with input into WSP and budgets requirements according to the BU strategic outputs
- Source, align and maintain supplier onboarding through the SCM Vendor Process
- Provide Reporting and Tracking to align with all business and audit requirements
- 3-year relevant degree /diploma
- 3-5 years experience within HR function
- Relevant L&D exposure (minimum of 2 years)
- Business partnering
- Multiple stake holder engagement
- Data analytics
- Learning advisory ability
- Reporting skills
- Commercial acumen and good business knowledge (internal and external)
- HR Knowledge of all key functions and interdependencies
- Problem solving analyse, diagnose, evaluate and provide solutions
