- Duties include, but not limited to:
- Design, create, maintain, and improve technical training programs.
- Consult with customers and subject matter experts to assess training needs, determine training development strategies, and propose implementation projects.
- Lead projects to develop technical training programs while meeting schedule, performance, and quality goals.
- Instructional Design/ Story Boarding: apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Apply development processes and learning technologies in the creation and delivery of technical training programs.
- Identify training industry trends and best practices for inclusion in training programs.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and improve programs based on the data.
- Maintain visual components of the companys brand(s) and related corporate identity.

- Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology or related Design field, e.g. in instructional design, digital learning etc.
- Minimum 3-year track record of successful training development of complex subject matter in a global environment to diverse adult audiences using multiple delivery methods (e.g., eLearning, virtual-instructor led)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing structured learning frameworks/approaches such as ADDIE
- Demonstrates consistent behavior aligned to the Organizational Culture
- Ability to design and develop electronic learning programs using industry-standard software packages, such as Adobe and Microsoft products
- Possess strong design and conceptual skills
- Articulate 360, Storyline and Powtoons
- Ability to manage training development projects whilst working independently
- Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills to communicate subject matter
- A Portfolio will be required with all applications
- Experience in Project Management
- Animation and Motion skills
- Desirable Criteria:
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Flexibility in curriculum design and implementation to meet the evolving demands of a dynamic workplace.
- Experience with SCORM Cloud is advantageous.
- Adobe CC, specifically After Effects (or Premier), Photoshop and Illustrator
