Practical Application
Guide students in applying marketing principles to real-world scenarios.
Assign projects that involve market research, analysis, and the creation of marketing plans.
Assessment and Evaluation
Develop a variety of assessments, including assignments, presentations, quizzes, and exams.
Evaluate student work, provide timely feedback, and assess progress based on course outcomes.
Student Progress Monitoring
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and assessment results.
Identify struggling students and provide additional support or refer them to relevant resources.
Industry Relevance
Stay updated on marketing trends, industry practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification, such as a teaching diploma or certificate, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in teaching marketing courses, particularly in NCV programmes, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, branding, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction, including multimedia presentations and online resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Organisational skills to manage curriculum, assessments, and classroom resources effectively.
- A passion for marketing and a commitment to fostering students' interest in the field.
- Knowledge of industry tools and software used in marketing is a plus.
