Looking for a legal accountant to ensure accurate effective reconciliation of conveyance transactions.
Job requirements:
- Only SA citizens apply.
- Superior PC skills (Excel ,Word Win law).
- Financial degree advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience in the retail and industrial property industry essential.
- 3-5 years experience reconciling Trust Accounts.
- Must have done the full spectrum of books to balance sheet.
- Must have knowledge of statutory requirements i.e. VAT ect.
