Are You Someone Who Can

• Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
• Litigation support on insurance legal matters
• Provide legal advice
• Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
• Drafting of legal documentation and reviewing of contracts
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to manage legal risk
• Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
• Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You

• Must be an Admitted Attorney
• At least 2 years of experience after article
• Must have LLB Degree qualifications
• Being fluent to Afrikaans language will be added as advantage
