Legal and Compliance Officer required for a well-established company
Requirements
- LLB
- Qualified and admitted Attorney with 2 years Post qualification experience
- Must be strong and have experience in Compliance and Litigation
- Excellent communication and computer skills
Key Performance
- To ensure that the Group is, and remains compliant to all relevant Legislation and the effective handling of disputes escalated to Legal and litigation relating to consumers for the Group
- Manage and maintain compliance within the Group
- Resolve Legal consumer disputes and litigation
Salary : R12500pm
