Legal Commercial Manager
Key Performance Areas:
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of resources and staff
- Review and provide legal advice on all Construction Law, Commercial Agreements and related matters
- Provide legal protection and risk management to PIC, the Board and business units
- Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate legal requirements to organisation on matters of the Commercial Portfolio
- Implement and maintain a Legal Risk Register and Mitigation Strategy in all areas of Legal Commercial
- Manage litigious matters
- Formulate Legal Services Compliance Check-list and continuously monitor legal compliance with statutory obligations on Construction Law and Commercial Law
Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate legal qualification (LLB/ B.Proc LLB/with LLM an advantage)
- Admitted as an Attorney
- At least 3 years legal experience, ideally in a leading organisation
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal advice
- Knowledge of Contract Management System
