Initial Focus
- Manage the European EHS and sustainability regulatory content in the Libryo Platform, including ensuring that the right content is developed to deliver compliance value to users of the Libryo Platform
- Manage EHS and sustainability compliance experts (Content Developers) in European countries, to achieve the production of legal content and data (initially in the categories of environment and health and safety) as follows:
- Identification of relevant statutory instruments and legal norms
- Format and quality of production outputs
- Applicability questions
- Annotation of legal texts
- Customer notifications and updates
- Implement and use automation technology and processes that facilitate effective collaboration
- Collaborate with:
- Libryo Collaborators
- Subject matter experts at ERM
- automation engineers to determine and document the rules and methods for architecture of legal data
- programme management to ensure that all of the above is performed with optimal manual efficiency and automation
- Manage a (sometimes virtual and almost always remote) team of content developers and monitors.
- You are an expert in statutes and regulation and legal compliance across Europe, particularly in the categories of environmental and health and safety law and the emerging sustainability regulations being made in terms of the EU green deal.
- You have relevant legal and/or regulatory compliance qualifications or certificates.
- You understand the legal systems across Europe, and in particular France, as well as the legal systems of former French colonies.
- Youre excellent at people management and project management.
- Youre excited by big goals and breaking new ground.
- You work well under pressure and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Youre a self starter with masses of initiative and a take the bull by the horns kind of attitude. (We have a remote first working policy and we wont be looking over your shoulder. Results matter more than how long it takes to get stuff done.)

- You have relevant qualifications and experience. You may have qualified as a lawyer but have no interest in pursuing a traditional career in law. We expect at least 2 years experience in legal compliance, preferably in the context of environmental and health and safety law, and fluency in English and at least one other language.
