What Youll Be Doing
- Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents,
- Review contracts,
- File, organize and summarize legal and corporate documents,
- Update and maintain corporate documents, records and databases,
- Assist in maintaining corporate minute books.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Law,
- Professional experience 2+ years,
- Interest in and desire to learn more about law and technology,
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Fluency in English,
- You have great communication and organization skills.
